Our vans carry the proper tools: grand piano slippers, double and triple aluminium ramps, padded skids and protective wraps. Plenty of firms will say they'll move a piano, but when a job turns awkward, the wrong approach is exactly how instruments get chipped, scratched or knocked badly out of tune. This is specialist work and all we do, so it's the part we've made certain of.
Grands & concert instruments
Grands are partly dismantled where needed (legs and lyre removed), then wrapped and moved on a padded skid with grand slippers, and rebuilt and settled at the far end. From baby grands in family homes to concert instruments for Leeds venues such as Opera North and City Varieties, it's routine work for us.
Uprights & digitals
Uprights are wrapped, skidded and ramped, with stair-climbing technique for terraces and landings. Digital pianos and organs are handled with the same care. They're lighter, but no less awkward through a tight Leeds hallway.

Bought a piano on eBay in Leeds?
A lot of the Leeds pianos we move are eBay purchases, and the buyer often doesn't have the seller's full address until the auction ends. That's fine. When the quote chat asks for the collection address, paste the eBay listing link or the item number instead. We'll read the collection area from the listing and price from that, then confirm the exact address with you before anything is booked.
